Business VoIP Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • VoIP service credentials

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch/router to the LAN port on the VoIP phone.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch for power over Ethernet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the telephone handset to the designated port on the phone.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to the headset port and additional line if supported.
  6. Power On: Connect power source and wait for the phone to boot up (approximately 1-2 minutes).
  7. Configuration: Access the web interface or use the phone's menu to configure VoIP service settings.
Warning: Ensure proper network configuration and use only approved power adapters to maintain warranty coverage.
