Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit brackets from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for control panel and ignition system.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install range hood or ventilation system according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the range is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test: Test all gas connections with leak detector solution. Do not use open flame to check for leaks.
  8. Initial Burn-in: Operate all burners on high for 15 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with local codes. Improper installation can cause gas leaks, fire, or explosion.
