Tools Needed:
- Small flathead screwdriver
- Phillips screwdriver
- Wire strippers

Step-by-Step Installation
- Power Off: Turn off power to the heating/cooling system at the circuit breaker to prevent electrical shock.
- Remove Old Thermostat: Carefully remove the cover of your existing thermostat and disconnect wires, labeling each wire with the provided labels.
- Mount Backplate: Secure the new thermostat backplate to the wall using included screws, ensuring it is level.
- Connect Wires: Connect labeled wires to corresponding terminals on the backplate (R, W, Y, G, C, etc.).
- Attach Thermostat: Align the thermostat unit with the backplate and snap into place until it clicks securely.
- Power On: Restore power at the circuit breaker and wait for the thermostat to initialize.
- Initial Setup: Follow on-screen prompts to set time, date, and basic system configuration.
