Business Communication System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable
  • Power adapter
  • Handset cable
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet with good ventilation.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including phone, handset, power adapter, and cables.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network switch/router to the phone's LAN port.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cable to the phone base and handset.
  6. Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot up completely.
  7. Initial Setup: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and user preferences.
  8. Test Functions: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
