Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Place the base station on a flat surface near a power outlet and telephone jack, away from electronic interference.
- Install Handset Battery: Insert the rechargeable battery into the handset, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Connect Base Station: Connect the telephone line cord from the base station to your telephone wall jack.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base station and plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- Charge Handset: Place the handset on the base station charging cradle to begin initial charging (16 hours recommended).
- Handset Registration: The handset will automatically register with the base station - wait for registration confirmation tone.
- Test Operation: Make a test call to verify proper installation and audio quality.
