Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (included)
- Handset and cord
- Network switch/router
- Screwdriver (if mounting)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a stable, flat surface near network connection and power outlet with good ventilation.
- Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including protective films from display and handset.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network switch/router to the LAN port on the phone.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the designated port on the phone base.
- Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot and register with your VoIP system.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and extension number.
- Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.

Troubleshooting
