Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset and cord
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (if mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a stable, flat surface near network connection and power outlet with good ventilation.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including protective films from display and handset.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network switch/router to the LAN port on the phone.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the designated port on the phone base.
  6. Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot and register with your VoIP system.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and extension number.
  8. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
