Installation

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Configure static IP if required via touchscreen menu.
  2. UC platform registration: Enter account credentials or follow provisioning instructions.
  3. Audio calibration: Run built-in audio setup for optimal microphone and speaker performance.

Making and Managing Calls

Supports voice calls via SIP or registered UC platform.

  1. Make a call: From home screen, tap dial pad or select contact.
  2. Answer a call: Tap answer icon or press speaker button.
  3. End call: Tap end call icon.
  4. Hold/Resume: Tap hold button during active call.
  5. Transfer call: Tap transfer, enter number or select contact.
  6. Conference: Tap merge during multiple calls to create conference.
  7. Mute: Press physical mute button (LED lights red when muted).
  8. Volume adjustment: Use volume buttons during call.

WARNING! Do not block microphone array during calls. Position phone centrally for best audio pickup.

Care & Cleaning
