Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from PoE switch/router to LAN port.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Power on: Phone will boot via PoE or connect AC adapter.

WARNING! Use only approved PoE sources or AC adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Configuration

Phone boots and attempts to obtain IP address via DHCP.

  1. Check network: Press Settings button, navigate to Status > Network to verify IP.
  2. Configure SIP account: Via web interface (enter IP in browser) or phone menu.
  3. Set language: In Settings > User Preferences > Language.
  4. Adjust audio: Use volume controls or Settings > Audio > Tone.

  7. Voicemail: Press Voicemail key or dial voicemail access number.

Note: Call waiting indicated by beep; press Answer to switch.

Advanced Features

Programmable Keys: Assign to line appearances, speed dials, or features (BLF).

Call Forwarding: Enable via phone menu or web interface (always, busy, no answer).

Do Not Disturb: Activate to silence rings and send calls to voicemail.
