Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Plug Ethernet cable from switch/router into LAN port on phone.
  2. Connect Computer (optional): Use second Ethernet port to daisy-chain a PC.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cord into dedicated jack.
  4. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter or PoE from switch.
  5. Connect Headset (optional): Plug into headset jack.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to get IP address via DHCP.
  2. Provisioning: Enter server address if required by your IT administrator.
  3. Configure Account: Enter extension number and credentials as provided.
  4. Set Language: In Settings menu, select preferred language.
  5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio and registration.

  2. Match cables to correct ports (e.g., Ethernet to LAN, headset to headset jack).
  3. Power on phone and check for device recognition in settings.

Tip: Use quality Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables for best performance.

Call Management

Supports making, receiving, holding, transferring, and conferencing calls.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number, press Dial key.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press Answer softkey.
  3. Hold: Press Hold button during active call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  6. Voicemail: Press Voicemail key or dial voicemail access number.
  7. Call History: Press Directory key to view missed, received, and dialed calls.
  8. Redial: Press Redial key or navigate from call history.

WARNING! Do not use phone with wet hands or in humid conditions.
