Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch/router. Use PoE or included power adapter.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer for network pass-through.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.
  5. Power On: Phone will boot and attempt to obtain network configuration.

WARNING! Use only approved power sources. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. For static IP, access web interface or phone menu.
  2. Provisioning: Enter SIP server details provided by your service provider via web interface or keypad.
  3. Set Language: In Settings menu, select preferred language (default ENGLISH).
  4. Configure Time/Date: Set via network (NTP) or manually in settings.
  5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and connectivity.

CAUTION! Keep phone away from liquids and extreme temperatures.

Access menu via dedicated Menu button or touchscreen. Front Panel: Handset, Display, Navigation keys, Volume controls, Speakerphone, Mute, Headset.

Keypad: Standard 12-key dial pad, programmable keys, Hold, Transfer, Conference, Voicemail.

Settings: Network (IP, DHCP, VLAN), Audio (volume, ringtone, codec), Call Features (call forward, DND, redial), Display (contrast, backlight, language). Web Interface: Advanced configuration via browser (default IP shown on screen).

Connecting Devices

Network: Ethernet to LAN port. PC: Ethernet to PC port. Headset: 3.5mm jack. USB: For wireless accessories.

  1. Turn off phone before connecting additional devices.
  2. Match cables to correct ports (e.g., Ethernet to LAN, headset to headset jack).
  3. For USB devices, plug in while phone is powered on for auto-detection.

Tip: Use quality Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher) for best performance.

Call Management

Supports basic and advanced call features.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number, press Dial or wait for auto-dial.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press Answer softkey.
  3. End Call: Hang up handset or press End Call button.
  4. Hold: Press Hold button during active call.
  5. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, announce call, press Transfer again.
  6. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  7. Redial: Press Redial to call last dialed number.
  8. Voicemail: Press Voicemail key or dial voicemail access number.
  9. Call Forward: Enable via menu or web interface (Always, Busy, No Answer).
  10. Do Not Disturb (DND): Activate via menu to silence calls.

WARNING! Do not use phone while driving. Secure handset properly to avoid drops.

Accessibility Features

Visual Alerts: Flashing LED for incoming calls. Audio Adjustments: Independent volume controls for handset, speaker, ringer. High-Contrast Display: Adjustable screen settings for visibility. TTY Compatibility: Supports external TTY devices via headset port.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug from power before cleaning. Use slightly damp, lint-free cloth for display and casing. Do not use liquids, sprays, or abrasive cleaners.
