Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Network configuration details
  • Microfiber cloth

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present and undamaged.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your router/switch to the phone's LAN port.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the phone base and handset.
  5. Initial Boot: Allow the phone to boot up completely (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  6. Network Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or use DHCP for automatic configuration.
  7. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: For optimal HD Voice quality, ensure your network meets minimum bandwidth requirements and QoS settings are properly configured.
