Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Plug Ethernet cable from your network switch/router into the LAN port on the phone.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Plug your computer's Ethernet cable into the PC port on the phone.
  3. Power the Phone: Use the included power adapter OR ensure your network switch provides PoE.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug the coiled handset cord into the dedicated jack.
  5. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug a wired headset into the 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only the provided or approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; it will attempt to boot and register with your VoIP system.

  1. Network Configuration: The phone may obtain an IP address automatically via DHCP. Check the screen for the IP address.
  2. Server Registration: Enter your VoIP server address and account credentials as provided by your administrator.
  3. Set Language: In the Settings menu, select your preferred language (default is ENGLISH).
  4. Set Time and Date: Configure time zone and date format in the Settings menu.
  5. Test Call: Place a test call to verify audio quality and registration.

CAUTION! Do not place the phone near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

Soft Keys & Navigation: Use the keys below the display for context-sensitive actions (e.g., Dial, More, Exit). Use the 5-way pad to scroll and select.

Settings Menu: Access via the "Settings" key. Connecting Devices

Advanced Call Features

  1. Make a Call: Lift handset or press Speaker, dial number, press Dial soft key.
  2. Answer a Call: Lift handset, press Speaker, or press the flashing line key.
  3. Hold: Press Hold soft key during a call.
  4. Transfer: During a call, press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  6. Forward Calls: Access Call Forwarding in Settings or via feature code (*72).
  7. Voicemail: Press the Messages key or dial your voicemail access number.
  8. Programmable Keys: Assign speed dials, BLF (Busy Lamp Field), or features via the web interface.

WARNING! Do not use liquid cleaners on the handset or keypad.

Accessibility Features

Care & Cleaning
