Business Communication System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Network cable tester
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Punch down tool
  • Ethernet cables
  • Power over Ethernet injector (if required)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and access to network connections.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all components from packaging including base unit, handsets, and mounting hardware.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Network Connection: Connect Ethernet cable from your network switch/router to the base unit's LAN port.
  5. Handset Setup: Register handsets to the base unit following the pairing procedure in the quick start guide.
  6. Phone Line Connection: Connect analog phone lines or VoIP service as per your service provider's instructions.
  7. System Configuration: Access the web interface to configure system settings, extensions, and features.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
