Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface near network outlet.

  1. Connect to network: Plug Ethernet cable from switch/router into LAN port.
  2. Connect computer (optional): Use PC port to connect computer for pass-through.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or connect AC power adapter if needed.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will obtain IP via DHCP automatically.
  2. Provisioning: Enter server address provided by your VoIP service provider.
  3. Set language: In SETTINGS menu, select preferred language.
  4. Configure time/date: Set manually or sync with network time server.
  5. Register extension: Enter username, password, and server details from provider.

CAUTION! Handle handset cord gently to avoid internal wire damage.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard and advanced VoIP calling features.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKERPHONE/HEADSET, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKERPHONE, or press corresponding line key.
  3. Hold: Press HOLD button during active call.
  4. Transfer: Press TRANSFER, dial target number, announce then complete transfer.
  5. Conference: Create multi-party conference calls via CONFERENCE button.
  6. Call Forward: Enable in call features menu to forward calls to another number.
  7. Do Not Disturb (DND): Activate to silence ringer and send calls to voicemail.
  8. Speed Dial: Assign numbers to programmable keys for one-touch dialing.

WARNING! Do not expose phone to liquids; keep away from heat sources.

Accessibility Features

Care & Cleaning
