Getting Started

Power on headset and prepare for first use.

  1. Charge the headset: Connect USB-C cable to headset and a power source. LED will glow red while charging, turns off when full.
  2. Power on/off: Slide the power switch to ON (I) position. You will hear a tone.
  3. Adjust headband: Extend or retract for comfortable fit.
  4. Position microphone: Rotate boom arm to align with your mouth, approximately two fingers' width away.

CAUTION! Do not expose to extreme temperatures or moisture during charging.

Using the Headset

Supports calls, music, and voice assistant.

  1. Answer/end call: Press call button once.
  2. Reject call: Press and hold call button for 2 seconds.
  3. Volume adjustment: Press volume up/down buttons.
  4. Mute/unmute: Press mute button; microphone LED indicates status.
  5. Voice assistant: Press and hold the volume up button to activate Siri/Google Assistant.
  6. Last number redial: Quickly press call button twice.
  7. Transfer call: To switch audio between headset and phone during a call, use your phone's audio menu.

WARNING! Do not use while driving or in situations requiring full attention to surroundings.

Software and Updates

Poly Lens app (optional): Download from poly.com/lens to check battery, adjust settings, and install firmware updates.

Care & Cleaning

Power off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth; do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not immerse in water; avoid contact with solvents. Replace ear cushions if worn or damaged.
