Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable from switch/router to LAN port.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
  3. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter or PoE from switch.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  5. Connect Headset (optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone obtains IP via DHCP (default).

  4. Call Forward: Menu > Features > Call Forward > enable and set number.
  5. Speed Dial: Program keys for one-touch dialing.
  6. BLF (Busy Lamp Field): Monitor status of colleagues' lines.
  7. Voicemail: Press Voicemail key or dial *97 (configurable).
  8. Headset Mode: Toggle between handset and headset with dedicated key.
