Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose a stable, well-ventilated location.

  1. Connect to Network: Use an Ethernet cable to connect the LAN port to your network switch or router.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Use the PC Ethernet port to connect a computer.
  3. Connect Handset and Headset: Plug the handset cord into its jack. Connect a headset if desired.
  4. Power the Phone: Use the provided power adapter or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch.

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; it will attempt to obtain network configuration automatically.

  1. Network Configuration: If using DHCP, the phone will get an IP address automatically. For static IP, configure via the web interface.
  2. Server Provisioning: Enter the address of your provisioning server (if required by your system administrator).
  3. Account Registration: Configure SIP account details (username, password, server) provided by your VoIP service provider.
