Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable
  • Power adapter
  • Handset cable
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including protective films from display screen.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from network port to your router or network switch.
  4. Connect Handset: Attach handset cable to the designated port on the base unit.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
  6. Initial Setup: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and user preferences.
  7. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: Use only Polycom-approved accessories and ensure proper ventilation around the device to prevent overheating.
