Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a central location in the conference room with access to power and network connections.
- Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including the phone unit, handset, power adapter, and documentation.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch/router to the LAN port on the Polycom phone.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the designated port on the phone unit.
- Initial Setup: Power on the device and follow the on-screen prompts for initial configuration.
- Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
