Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a central location in your conference room with access to power and network connections.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the Polycom HD Voice device and to your network switch/router.
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the device and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Setup: Power on the device and follow the on-screen setup wizard for network configuration.
- Firmware Update: Check for and install the latest firmware updates for optimal performance.
- Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and functionality.
