HD Voice Conference Phone

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable
  • Power adapter
  • Network switch/router
  • Microfiber cloth
  • Phone handset (optional)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a central location in your conference room with access to power and network connections.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the Polycom HD Voice device and to your network switch/router.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the device and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Setup: Power on the device and follow the on-screen setup wizard for network configuration.
  6. Firmware Update: Check for and install the latest firmware updates for optimal performance.
  7. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and functionality.
