Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if using PoE)
  • Handset cable
  • Network switch with PoE capability
  • Screwdriver (if mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the phone for any visible damage.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and to your network switch.
  4. Power Connection: Connect power adapter or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the designated port on the phone.
  6. Optional Accessories: Connect additional devices such as headsets or expansion modules if required.
  7. Power On: Turn on the phone and wait for boot sequence to complete.
  8. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and user preferences.
