Business VoIP Phones

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable
  • Power adapter
  • Handset cable
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Network switch/router

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone base, handset, cables, and power adapter.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to LAN port on phone, other end to network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect power adapter to phone and plug into electrical outlet. For PoE installations, ensure switch provides Power over Ethernet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect handset cable to handset port on phone and to telephone handset.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect additional devices like headsets or expansion modules if applicable.
  6. Power On: Press power button or wait for auto-boot. Phone will initialize and attempt to obtain IP address.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or connect to VoIP service provider.
Warning: Ensure proper network configuration and use only approved power adapters to maintain warranty coverage.
