Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with stable network connectivity and proper ventilation, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the unit for any visible damage during shipping.
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable to the network port and your network switch/router. Use Cat6 or higher for optimal performance.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug into a grounded power outlet. Use only the provided power adapter.
- Peripheral Connections: Connect microphone arrays, speakers, and display devices as needed for your setup.
- Initial Setup: Power on the unit and follow the on-screen setup wizard to configure network settings and system preferences.
- Test Conference: Initiate a test conference call to verify audio/video quality and system functionality.
