Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Network cable tester
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Power drill (if wall mounting)
  • Level
  • Measuring tape

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with stable network connectivity and proper ventilation, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the unit for any visible damage during shipping.
  3. Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable to the network port and your network switch/router. Use Cat6 or higher for optimal performance.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug into a grounded power outlet. Use only the provided power adapter.
  5. Peripheral Connections: Connect microphone arrays, speakers, and display devices as needed for your setup.
  6. Initial Setup: Power on the unit and follow the on-screen setup wizard to configure network settings and system preferences.
  7. Test Conference: Initiate a test conference call to verify audio/video quality and system functionality.
Warning: Professional installation is recommended for optimal performance. Ensure proper network configuration for video conferencing traffic.
