Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect the LAN/PoE port to your network switch.
  2. Connect a Computer (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable to connect PC port to your computer.
  3. Power the Phone: Use Power over Ethernet (PoE) from your switch, or connect the optional external power adapter to the DC port.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug the handset cord into the dedicated jack on the back of the phone.

WARNING! Use only the provided or approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; it will boot and attempt to obtain network configuration.

  1. Check Network Connection: Verify the Ethernet link LED is lit.
  2. Configure SIP Account: Enter your SIP server, username, and password via the web configuration interface or the phone's settings menu.
  3. Set Language and Time: In the Settings menu, set your preferred language and time zone.
  4. Test the Phone: Make a test call to verify audio quality and registration.

  3. For USB accessories, insert the dongle into the USB port on the back.
  4. Configure headset mode via Settings > Audio > Headset.

Tip: Use a quality, shielded Ethernet cable for best network performance.

Using Phone Features

Supports basic and advanced telephony features.

  1. Make a Call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number, or select from Directory/Redial.
  2. Answer a Call: Lift handset, press the flashing line key, or press Speakerphone.
  3. Hold: Press Hold key during a call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial the target number, announce the call, then press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, then press Conference again to merge.
  6. Voicemail: Press Messages key or dial your voicemail access number.
  7. Directory: Press Directory to view personal and corporate contacts.
  8. Adjust Volume: Use volume keys on side during a call or while idle for ringer volume.

WARNING! Do not use excessive force on keys or handset cord.

Accessibility Features

Visual Alerts: Flashing LED for incoming calls. Audio: Adjustable ringer volume and tones. Display: Adjustable contrast and backlight timeout.

Care & Cleaning
