Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose a stable, well-ventilated location.

  1. Connect to Network: Plug an Ethernet cable from your network switch/router into the LAN port. Use PoE or the included power adapter.
  2. Connect a PC (Optional): Plug an Ethernet cable from the PC port to your computer.
  3. Connect Handset: Attach the coiled handset cord to the phone and handset.
  4. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug a wired headset into the 3.5mm headset jack.
  5. Power On: The phone will boot and attempt to obtain an IP address.

WARNING! Use only the provided or approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

After powering on, follow on-screen prompts or configure via web interface.

  1. Network Configuration: The phone will typically auto-configure via DHCP. Note the IP address displayed on the screen.
  2. Access Web Interface: From a computer on the same network, enter the phone's IP address into a web browser.
  3. Provisioning: Enter the server address provided by your system administrator for automatic configuration.
