WARNING! Do not use any power adapter other than the one provided. Using an incorrect adapter may damage the phone.

Installation & Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup.

  1. Charge the handset: Insert battery, place handset in base station cradle to charge fully (approx. 8 hours).
  2. Connect base station: Plug power adapter into base and wall outlet. Connect Ethernet cable to network/PBX port if using VoIP. Connect telephone line cord to LINE port and wall jack for analog service.
  3. Power on: Base station will power up automatically. Handset will display "Registering" then "Ready".
  4. Set language and time: Use handset menu to select language (default ENGLISH) and set date/time.

CAUTION! Place base station in a central, open location for best wireless range. Avoid metal obstructions.

Controls and Navigation

Base Station: POWER indicator, LCD display, registration button. Handset: TALK/END, MENU, directional pad, soft keys, numeric keypad, volume keys, speakerphone key.

Menu Navigation: Press MENU on handset to access: Call History, Phonebook, Settings (Language, Time, Network), System Info. Use directional pad to navigate, OK to select, BACK to exit.

Settings: Language (multiple options), Time/Date format, Ring tones, Volume levels (ringer, handset, speaker). Network: Configure for SIP VoIP if applicable (requires administrator settings).

Connecting to PBX/Network

For analog service: Use RJ-11 line cord. For VoIP: Use Ethernet cable to connect to network with SIP server.

  1. Ensure phone is powered off before making connections.
  2. Analog: Connect LINE port to wall telephone jack.
  3. VoIP: Connect NETWORK port to router/switch. Configure SIP settings via handset menu (provided by IT administrator).
  4. Power on; phone will register with network.

Tip: For VoIP, ensure network supports DHCP or configure static IP in phone settings.

Making and Receiving Calls

Supports analog and VoIP calling.

  1. Make a call: Lift handset or press SPEAKERPHONE, dial number, press TALK or wait for auto-dial.
  2. Receive a call: Press TALK on handset or SPEAKERPHONE to answer. Press END or place handset in cradle to end call.
  3. Hold: Press HOLD soft key during a call.
  4. Transfer: During a call, press TRANSFER, dial target number, announce call, then complete transfer.
  5. Conference: During first call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, then press CONFERENCE again to merge.
  6. Call History: Press MENU > Call History to view missed, received, dialed calls.
  7. Phonebook: Store up to 100 entries via MENU > Phonebook.

WARNING! Do not expose handset to liquids. Use in dry conditions only.

Advanced Features

Intercom: Call between registered handsets. Do Not Disturb: Enable via menu to silence ringer. Headset Mode: Plug 2.5mm headset into handset for private use. Registration of Additional Handsets: Press and hold registration button on base, then follow prompts on new handset (up to 4 total).

Care & Maintenance

Unplug power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe base and handset. Do not use chemicals or abrasives.

CAUTION! Battery contains hazardous materials; dispose of according to local regulations. Do not disassemble.
