Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Heavy duty jack and stands
  • Torque wrench set
  • Socket set (metric and standard)
  • Diagnostic scanner
  • Fluid transfer pump

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Pre-Delivery Inspection: Complete thorough inspection of all components upon delivery, checking for transport damage.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping blocks, protective covers, and transit brackets from the truck.
  3. Fluid System Check: Fill all fluid reservoirs including engine oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic systems.
  4. Battery Installation: Install and connect main batteries, ensuring proper polarity and secure connections.
  5. Electrical System Check: Verify all electrical connections, lighting systems, and control panel functionality.
  6. Tire Installation: Mount and torque all wheels to manufacturer specifications using proper sequence.
  7. Final Systems Test: Perform comprehensive systems test including engine start, braking, and all operational functions.
