Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch/router.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet port for PC connection if needed.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or connect included power adapter.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

Advanced Call Features

  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial destination number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again.
  6. Call Forwarding: Menu > Features > Call Forward > enable and set number.
  7. Speed Dial: Program frequently called numbers to soft keys.
  8. Call History: Press Directory to view missed, received, and dialed calls.
