Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Micro-USB cable
  • Charging dock

  • Polycom Lens app (for setup)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unbox and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present and undamaged.
  2. Charge the Headset: Connect the headset to the charging dock using the provided Micro-USB cable. Charge for at least 2 hours before first use.
  3. Power On: Press and hold the call control button for 3 seconds to power on the headset.
  4. Bluetooth Pairing: Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and select "Polycom Voyager 5200" from available devices list.
  5. Install Polycom Lens App: Download and install the Polycom Lens app from your device's app store for advanced features and firmware updates.
  6. Wearable Sensor Setup: Adjust the wearable sensor for optimal fit and comfort on your ear.
  7. Test Connection: Make a test call to verify audio quality and microphone functionality.
