SPA Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not PoE)
  • Network router/switch
  • SIP account credentials
  • Computer for configuration

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, power adapter, Ethernet cable).
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your router/switch to the LAN port on the VoIP phone.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE). For PoE, ensure your switch supports 802.3af/at.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the designated port on the phone.
  5. Power On: Turn on the phone using the power button or by connecting power.
  6. Network Configuration: Access the web interface via the phone's IP address to configure network settings.
  7. SIP Account Setup: Enter your SIP account credentials (username, password, server address) in the phone's configuration.
  8. Test Call: Make a test call to verify proper installation and audio quality.

Troubleshooting
